About the project

Public Administration Intelligence (PAI) focuses on improving public services delivered by public administrations and social economy organisations, whose collaboration has increased in Italy following third-sector reforms. The project targets public administrations and social economy SMEs in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, and Aosta Valley.

The consortium brings together public and private ICT providers, a university, a Digital Innovation Hub, a social economy training agency, a financial consultant, and representatives of target groups. PAI’s expertise covers AI, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, blockchain, and technologies for social good, addressing both high- and low-TRL solutions.

With a strong European dimension, PAI collaborates with the Digital Transformation Accelerator, EDIHs, and the wider social economy ecosystem through DIESIS. Its services include networking, digital and green maturity assessments, co-creation with citizens, training, and access to finance.
