Project results

The overall objective of the InnovHubs project is to foster innovation and the sustainable development of SMEs in the social and solidarity economy sector in Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay), particularly in the green economy, digital economy, and care sectors. The project supports existing social economy SMEs in making their production systems greener and contributes to job creation, especially for young people and women, in the territories prioritised by the action.

To achieve this, a regional network of incubators and accelerators for cooperatives will be established, promoting associative entrepreneurship—particularly among youth and women—for the green and digital transition. The project will also foster innovation through regional and international exchanges with European partners.
